Booking Policy
When making an appointment with me you are accepting the policy.
DEPOSIT
To secure an appointment, I require a non-refundable booking fee which is £20 of the treatment price. This fee will be discounted off the cost of your treatment. Payment is made when you initially book, either by PayPal or bank transfer.Deposits are required to ensure you will be attending your appointment and to cover my time if you don't.

LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive more than 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded. In the situation for you being late, your appointment time will remain the same. I will not be able to extend it. I will be able to spend with you only the remaining time of your appointment. In this case, most likely that you will not get a full coverage.
